Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. If you want, we’ll provide you with a free, personalized 30-minute onboarding call to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time, and we’ll apply prorated billing. Just note that the 30-day trial is only available at the start of your initial subscription.
What is your cancellation policy?
No long-term commitments here! You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will stay active through the end of your billing cycle.
What if the feature I need isn’t part of my plan?
You’re welcome to upgrade your plan anytime - or just contact us, and we’ll see if we can add the feature to your current plan.
How does billing work?
During onboarding, we’ll confirm your business details and link your bank or Stripe account. All tuition and payment transactions go straight to you. You’ll only pay for your subscription.
